They all have made his eczema flare on his legs badly....even the sensitive skin ones. This is one of the few that I found with only zinc. Apparently titanium dioxide (used in a lot of sensitive formulas) doesn't pair well with my child's eczema. This stuff has been a game changer.Yea, it's a little thicker, but I find it easier to run in the white residue look compared to other brands (like blue lizard).
