It squeezes your whole leg, nice and gentle like, but you can make it stronger if you need to, with the three different intensities. And the heat! Oh, the heat is just lovely, warms up those tired muscles so nicely, and there are three levels to pick from. It even has two extenders, so it fits just right. It really feels good when it works its way up and down your leg, like a gentle squeeze. If your legs get swollen or crampy, like mine sometimes do, this really helps calm them down. It's truly a comfort

I really wanted to like this product. I was looking forward to using it but I'm really disappointed. I bought it because I want to massage my legs and feet after walking and running. The product inflates but does not massage. The heat is just barely present and overall not what I was looking for or expecting based on the description.
