    Packages was on time.Upon opening found one of their sanitary sealed bags torn open and rendering it useless… also they’re folded in a way that messes with the mold shape that’s to fit in the face. I was able to maneuver it with a blow dryer oh heat. Also This is labeled for adults L3 on the label. And it’s barely fits my face. Im a regular average/thin adult male.The oxygen bag is also way smaller than the photo depicts

    Purchased this for use with an oxygen concentrator. Cannot get the air to flow into the mask properly. Instructions are not detailed enough. My first time connecting a mask like this. Don't know if product is flawed or I am doing something wrong. Probably would work IF I could reach someone for help. Otherwise will have to return. Bolo Help Center does not provide the appropriate options for this type of problem solving, and no way to contact the seller.
