Sim cards were Damaged . I was left without my 2 phone numbers for 1 month . I managed to transfer both sims to new sim cards at a store. but, only 1 number is active now. I still have no service on 1 of the numbers. I lost one notj of service snd needed to buy bew sim cards.

Worked great for me. Was easy and had service on within minutes of me following the directions. I was worried cause I thought I still owed money on the phones but it worked. I wish I had know about this before. Yall it's worth it!

SIM CARD WORKS, BUT IT DOES NOT INCLUDE 20 DOLLARS FOR THE FIRST MONTH, YOU HAVE TO CALL H2O WIRELESS AND GIVE THEM THE SIM CARD INFORMATION AND PAY THE FIRST MONTH. WHAT YOU GET IS THE SIM CARD BUT YOU STILL HAVE TO ACTIVATE IT THROUGH H2O AND PAY THE FISRT MONTH AND THEY WILL GIVE YOU YOUR PHONE NUMBER AND ACTIVATE YOUR SERVICE, JUST SO YOU KNOW.

Takes 4-6 hours to activate
