I‘m ashamed to say I ate the whole thing in a few days and I shared maybe a ¼ of the box with a friend. It’s so good with coffee or tea.

In shipment it appears the box was turned upside down. The honey coated baklava stuck on the covering and was difficult to open. It didn’t damage the pieces, just made everything very sticky. This baklava is good, but I’ve had better. It did satisfy my craving for it though. I would give it a 7-8 out of 10.

This is a kosher product because of how it is made and because it is made with actual honey. That is a luxury. Most of the packages will say all natural but you won't find the word Honey. Or the word kosher for that matter. Yes, they are sweet. If you want them to be less so, consume them sooner rather than later. Honey is a natural preservative. They are likely to do better in the morning or late evening when the temperature is cool and yes you can keep them in your fridge but pull them out and appropriate amount of time before serving. I found that pieces that were hard or dry when we got the package were soft and delicate and utterly delightful by the time we were finished with the package. If you want it the true traditional sweet, this is it. If you want something else, buy something else. This has honey and it's wonderful.
