Used on my new to me vintage Coach bag that had some moderate signs of use and terrible storage which caused creasing, some depression marks and dry areas. The leather looks nearly new after using this product and has returned to its shiny softness! The depression marks should come out with time, but this conditioner helped at least, to make it soft again. Will more than likely buy again since I have 4 more vintage Coach bags and a vintage dooney to clean. Eeesh.Doesn't use a ton of product so start small and start on the bottom, unseen areas first. (May make the leather color appear darker.) Someone else suggested using makeup cotton rounds and that's what I did. Worked great for getting into those small areas. I also used cotton swabs to dip the conditioner out of the bottle since the bottle was unable to be squeezed.Overall functionality was excellent! The smell is mild and "non-chemically".

The media could not be loaded. Ok here are the steps I did to revive my LV purse, so the first thing I did was use the leather cleaner — it was seriously a breeze to use! I suggest starting with just a little bit and working your way up because, trust me, a small amount goes a long way! It worked wonders on my beautiful Louis Vuitton purse ! I only needed to use the cleaning spray a few times.Just a quick tip though, different leathers can be delicate, so be gentle when rubbing to avoid removing any dye. I used the buffing pad in circular motions on my bag with medium pressure. I was careful to just to get rid of dirt and grime because if you use too much product or scrub too hard it could damage the leather.Now, onto the next step: the Conditioner! I really think this is the magic that made my purse look like new again. I applied a thin layer to my LV handbag using the other side of the pad. I gently worked it in until it almost disappeared, and then lightly buffed it out with a soft cloth. You could reapply the conditioner if you need to revive it more and then buff it out and let it dry for a few hours.And voila! My bag was shining and looking brand new again — I was absolutely thrilled! It's amazing how a little TLC can make such a difference. 😊✨

Inside bag was so dirty it took a lot of scrubbing to clean. It cleaned it pretty well, but not totally. Oil worked well.

Your lucky to have enough product to clean your entire leather purse. No easy to apply and still left dirt behind. Don't waste your money. I've used a variety of leather cleaners over the years and this one by far is the least effective.

I purchased this for my Louis Vuitton merchandise, n a shoeshine kit for the shoes. N lemme tell you, I just returned the shoeshine kit, bc this stuff is incredible. I used it on my Louis Vuitton purses, briefcase, checkbook case, wallets, key fobs, n 3 pair of shoes. I never intended to use it on my shoes, but after I saw how remarkable everything else turned out, I changed my mind. I really wish I had taken before n after pics, especially of my driving shoes, that's how remarkable this cleaner n conditioner are. Removed all the scuffs, water marks, scratches, etc. Everything looks like it's been cared for properly for years, which cldnt be further from the truth. Anyhow, just a little bit goes a long way, so you really get your money's worth.

The media could not be loaded. This Leather kit contains a white round soft sponge, 2 bottles of cleaner and conditioner solutions. The formula is gentle and without the strong smell. They are basically easy to use and it’s an effective way in transforming my genuine leather bags looking shiny and brand new without breaking the bank or spending a fortune.

TOTAL WOW!!! so happy i found this!!! i got it to refresh a betsey johnson handbag. tested some on the bottom. proceeded forward. 1st- i used the all cotton facial rounds instead of the large pad. you can't get in the tiny grooves and around leather piping and such with a large thick pad. plus i can just toss them when done. they worked like a dream. absorbing not too much and allowing me to really get the tiny places. i did 3 handbags in about an hr. (including the straps and such that i don't use often.) 2 facial rounds per- 1 for cleaner, 1 for conditioner. i still have a bit more than 3/4 of the bottles. spray the cleaner on the pad and use gentle circular motions. wait a few minutes. clean another while you wait. then go back and put a small amount of conditioner on the pad. gentle circles again. a little goes a long way so add as needed as you go. a few smudges that nothing else removed were still there but lighter. you can't really see them. MY POCKETBOOKS LOOK LIKE NEW!! cannot believe how freakin' A++ marvelous they look. i'll finish my other as i have time. this is remarkable stuff. i read the negative reviews and decided to give it a go based on the positives. soooo happy!

Tried it on 3 leather bags - two came out nice, soft and shiny, third black bag one got some white residue after "cleaning" that looks like a spill of bleach. Luckily it's on any visible parts, but it just made me aware that the risk is always there and I can never be sure if the cleaning process won't ruin the bag.
