These are really superb! Easy to follow and lots of different exercises in each category. Also shows the specific muscle each exercise targets, so you can choose what you want to focus on. Highly recommend if you do self-guided workouts. They do come rolled up, and don’t straighten well. But still worth every penny!

I love this posters! It has everything i needed to follow for the workout regimen that i am doing in my home gym. The material is very sturdy. Illustrations are very easy to follow with very minimal equipment needed. So worth the money that i paid for and a great addition to my home gym.In addition, you get a workout planner for free if you register online.When i got my posters, i was already very satisfied with the quality of the product and what it does so even if i had an issue i didnt plan on returning it to Bolo. AIn the box the company had a letter saying that they provide total satisfaction. So i wrote an email telling them of my very little issue. I did not expect to hear from them fir another week or so. When i woke up in the morning i got a reply. Overall, they corrected my minor issue above and beyond my expectations. What a rare and excellent customer service. We all need businesses like this with speedy reply and amazing customer service. Thank you guys!!!

I wish these posters came in flat packaging, which I would be willing to pay extra for, as even with the instructions to flatten these out take a bit of time. They are great graphics, size, and look great in my gym. But.... stop trying to mislead people that they are "laminated" in the title. This is "laminated type paper" and is not very thick at all. In your photo it shows a thick layer, but it feels pretty much just like a gloss. I understand that you explain this further in the listing, but most people aren't going to spend a bunch of time reading fine print on a stack of posters.

These posters are very helpful. They have workouts for your entire body for whatever workout you want- body weight, yoga, medicine ball, weights, etc. I started with the dumbbell poster and am still working on mastering all the moves. You will definitely get the body you want by using these!

Good size and think every type of exercise and equipment is covered!
Totally perfect size for me. Quality of the paper seems good and no issues hanging them at all. Only problem is curling at the bottom but looking at the instructions again I don’t think I left them long enough so that’s my error. It is a simple thing to do them again to flatten. As I’m in the U.K. got the hangers out of B & M which have little rubber ends to help protect the posters @ £2.50 per 4 pack.
