Five drops is very nice once or twice a day after brushing. Little expensive.

It is the greatest oral probiotic I have ever used!!! ( Tried many different kind brands oral probiotics, nothing works as good as this one ) I Love this oral probiotic drops, easy to use and love the light sunflower oil taste. I used the tablets kind of this brand for about 7-8 month, then found this drops kind and switched to it, really love it ❤️ and will continue to use it to keep my teeth and gum healthy!!! I Strangely recommend this oral probiotics to others.

Ok, so the other biogaia chewable probiotics tell you to swish. I do oil pulling, which is swishing either EVOO or coconut oil (which is antibacterial) as long as you can (At least 5-15 minutes). The oil loosens plaque. Then rinse, then floss. YOU NEED TO SWISH WITH THE PROBIOTIC DROPS TOO. The longer it's in your mouth, the more it works its way under the gum line. And SWALLOW this stuff. L reuteri bacteria is REALLY GOOD FOR YOU! Once it populates your mouth, it starts getting chewed into your food, aiding digestion. ALSO! reuteri supports the creation of serotonin, melatonin, collagen, and oxytocin in your intestines. You don't necessarily have to use the "drops" to get this effect. Biogaia makes chewables for your oral cavity, and chewables for your stomach. And making yogurt with reuteri gives a higher bacterial count and more in your belly makes you happy and content.

You can’t tell when you’re out until you’re out out. The bottle is both very dark (I’m guessing because it’s a probiotic and sunlight) and the label wraps all the way around that you can’t see when you’reRunning low. The bottle being glass and how small it is you also can’t tell by the weight because there is so little in there the weight doesn’t feel any different.But my son would take these, and they were recommended by our dentist. And the reviews are here for a reason. Just thought I’d share about the packaging.

The bottle is easy to open. The product feels good on the gums, and within a few days I began seeing results. I’m very pleased!However, the directions on the package for how to apply the drops is vague. Better directions are needed. After washing my hands, I simply used my finger to apply.

I used this product to ferment some dairy, and it worked like a charm. The dairy fermented fairly quickly with just a few drops of the product, which shows that bacteria is alive and can propagate easily. I use it for adult periodontal health and haven't experienced any side effects. Hard to say if this product, other remedies, or combination of both, that helped reduce recurring gum inflammation.
