I keep these in the bowl for 15mins or so for them to get soft and then eat, otherwise right out of the box may work for others.

Tastes good. I eat the cereal with Part Skim milk. It does not have a chalky taste like some people are saying. I guess they are use of eating super sweet cereal. This is a protien cereal. Its not gonna be super sweet like regular cereal. I like it. Next time I will try the Strawberry. Overall, i will buy again.

having this as breakfast or just as a snack reinforces my confidence in the fact that I'm getting full on protein and not carbs. the taste and texture took a little getting used on the first meal but after that I'm in love. very crunchy and don't get soggy too quickly when milk or protein shake is added. although it is more expensive that most other cereals out there, it is worth the money in my opinion.

Ewww!!! WTH is this?Texture: It's chalky, flakey! Like it breaks down into tiny bits of blackboard chalk alike texture in your mouth, it's almost like eating potato chips but with milk, but the chips doesn't get wet with the milk, so the milk is the milk, and the chips is the chips, they don't wanna be together. And the tiny bits of almonds don't help with the flakey and dry texture too.Taste: Where is the chocolate flavor? Not only it doesn't turn the milk into chocolate flavor, the cereal itself doesn't even taste like chocolate..... I had to put Hershey's syrup into the milk.I guess the only positive thing about this cereal is the protein content! I would have thrown this out if it wasn't for the protein.....Conclusion: Will ABSOLUTELY not be repurchasing this. Or buy anything from this brand if this is the product they think can be released with their brand on the box.....

I’m pretty easy going on foods and can tolerate a lot of different textures and flavors. This cereal, however, was a no for me. Their other high protein cereal, Berries and Almonds, was a lot better. Having said this, some folks do require a high protein diet, so try it for yourself.
