I take the recommended dose of 3 per day. I've only been taking for about a month but I just started noticing that my skin is looking better especially my arms. They always look old and wrinkled because of my age but they really do look and feel better lately. They are capsules and and quite easy to swallow. I haven't really noticed if my hair is thicker or longer but I bought them for skin. Good value.

I purchased this product for my hair, and so far, I think it's working. I see small hairs coming in where I was bald as far as the thickness of my hair, I'm not quite sure yet this is my 2nd bottle so I'm going go to give it more time. I gave it 4 out of 5 because I'll have to update you all on my hair thickness, which is why I purchased this product, but I must say my skin looks better. I'm normally darker around my eyres, and I've noticed since taking these the dark spots are getting lighter! so that's a plus because I've tried several different products, and nothing has helped get my face evenly toned. I can't wait to see what is does for my hair will update after the next bottle which I'm about to purchase. Hope this helps!

I just finished my first bottle of capsules and I don't know if it works or not. Months ago, I tried liquid collagen and saw some improvement but it was too expensive. I'm taking 3 capsules a day on an empty stomach and really hoped my joints (knees) would feel better but that hasn't happened. People talk about improvements in hair growth and skin suppleness and fingernail strength but I've seen absolutely none of that. I'll keep taking the capsules for another month and hope for better results.
