It is lightweight, it expels very little air into your or other people’s face, unlike most nasal masks it inflates around your nose so it creates a good seal naturally and it doesn’t feel like any movement or position can make misalign it. This can be a con for some at first because since your nose is not used to it, there can be chafing, but after a few days your nose naturally becomes stronger so there’s no more chafing and just a good seal. Highly recommended to at least try.

I've been using a CPAP with nasal pillows for over 16 years now and while each new mask is generally slightly better in some ways, it's usually slightly worse in others.Then I ordered this one after watching reviews. As always, I look at all the top contenders and want something that's comfortable and secure. This Brevida mask got the top spot on many lists so I bought it. I am not exaggerating when I say it is the most comfortable mask I've ever worn by a large measure. It stays but very well. And most amazingly, they're the first company to make something both comfortable and quiet. No not quite, but completely silent. My wife doesn't wake me up because the air is whistling because the pillow or blanket got too close to the vent and I sleep like a baby all through the night. I wish I could go back in time and buy this mask the day or released, it's that damned good.

I wasn’t sure how much of a mask I was getting, since it is listed as Legend MD pillow masks. This F & P original kit contains mask, extension tube, head strap, diffusion filters, and two sizes of mask (xs-s and m-l). The sizes are on the top of the blue part of the mask. I had to use a magnifying glass to make them out. The diffusion filters snap on the exhalation port of the mask to make it quieter, but I find them to be unnecessary. This is the most comfortable mask I’ve found and it doesn’t leak.

For me, it was difficult to adjust to stay on my head. I was unable to find any markings to distinguish between the M/L and the XS/S nasal pillows, but it does provide a good mask seal once it is finally adjusted. The main issue is that the snap-on filter does not stay on. I lost one the first night and the extra the second night. I suppose it might stay on if you are a quiet sleeper, but I toss and turn all night. I like that the nasal pillows rest outside my nose rather than inside, however, I will probably return it since it hurts both my cheek bones and ears and tends to slide off the top of my head no matter how much I tighten it.

This mask has the fewest leaks and is comfortable. I had a real problem with air blowing in my eyes at night and making my eyes sore and puffy. This mask solved the problem. I rarely get leaks. It is light and easy to use. I have tried lots of masks, four or more, and this is by far my favorite.

I researched the web for an alternative cpap mask that; hopefully, wouldn't leak. I thought there were some pretty good reviews on this nasal pillow mask; so, I gave it a try. After about a week I just had to give it up because my nose became extremely sore and sensitive from the use. I even loosened the straps a bit but that only caused it to start leaking. Therefore, I decided, the heck with this mask and to just stay with the one I already have until I can hopefully find a better one on the web!
