I use to have pains in my legs and burning in my feet daily! Aswell as insomnia which is still have a touch of but this stiff works!! I’ve seen a huge difference in my sleep. In the burning in my feet and the pain in my lower legs. Will definitely keep reordering!

I heard that it would help with sleep and it does for me. I take it about an hour before going to bed and it has made a difference in the time it takes me to fall asleep and also helps me to sleep through the night.

A mi en particular, los diad que entreno, en la noche el dolor corporal no me deja tener sueño de calidad pero con este suplemento puedo dormir bien.1 pastilla por la noche hace maravillas. La presentacion de 240 pastillas es una ganga!!!! La mejor relacion de precio/calidad/duracion, son casi 9 meses de pastillas.

Me lo recetaron. Aún no me he hecho análisis, pero parece buen producto, bien empacado, con 3 tipos diferentes de magnesio como me lo pidio el doctor. Llegó rápido.
