Especially when I put it up in a ponytail tail or a hair clip.

I got very bad stomach cramps and ended up in urgent care and lot of scans as the pain persisted for many days as I was taking this product. As soon as I stopped, pain went away within a week, but I paid medical bills of up to $2,500. :-(. My advice to all the users of this product: DO NOT TAKE 4 pills a day. Try taking 1 per day each week and watch if your body tolerates this medication. Gradually increase the dose. My other family member takes 4 per day, and he tolerates it very well.

I took this product for one month, can’t tell if it is effective for my hair growth goal, but it is causing me stomach pain, so I had to stop taking it.
