I’ve tried several sleep aids, but **HealthA2Z Sleep Aid** has worked the best for me. I take one softgel when I know I’ll have trouble falling asleep, and within about 30 minutes I start to feel calm and ready for bed. It helps me drift off naturally and I don’t wake up groggy in the morning, which I really appreciate.The softgels are easy to swallow, and the bottle comes with a great amount (250 count) for a very good price. I don’t take it every night, only when needed, and it’s been a lifesaver for those occasional sleepless nights. Definitely recommend if you want something gentle but effective to help you get better rest.

I have an awful time falling asleep and so was taking Tylenol PM each night. I decided that it would probably be better to find something without the unnecessary pain reliever. These have worked wonderfully for me. The softgels make them easy to swallow as well.

I don't know how many times we've ordered this product but it's our go to. My husband and I work night shift so we struggle to sleep sometimes. We've been taking these for those "nights" when we struggle to stay asleep. They're small pills, so swallowing them is very easy. I don't think they taste like anything so that's a plus. Since I don't take them as often, I only need one pill. I take it at least an hour before bed just to make sure I give it time to kick in but man, one pill packs a punch. I sleep like a rock and wake up a little groggy but by the time I get to work, it's worn off. Will be buying again when our current bottle runs out.

I have had to add this to my regimen for myself. It is a big help but I don't use if everyday either. I did find quite by accident that if one breaks in your mouth things got very numb. I thought it felt just like a dentist novacain injection. Made the whole side of my face numb. I now keep it on the boats med kit. Besides sleep it is also good for seasickness and nausea, plus if a crew member has a toothache they will have this as an option. I don't detect any taste in them, broke or not, but they are strong enough to help.

These work as described. They have no taste, and are easy to swallow. They do tend to stick to the other capsules if in a warmer environment, so I would recommend keeping this slightly cooler than room temperature for storage.

Although it is cheaper to buy it here rather than just about any store, it's not quite as strong or as effective as most of us would hope. For some it may work extremely well though.
