They answered promptly and after some questioning about the watch sent me a brand new watch which arrived in a couple of days. Truthfully, I found this company amazing in their customer service. I love this watch, I love the purple color and the ease of using the features. It's incredibly easy to sync with my phone. I highly recommend this watch. And a BIG thank-you to the company's customer service A+!

This watch is of good quality and looks good. I like the ease of the heart rate monitor and the ability to take my blood pressure with it. My husband had one and recommended it, and I have been pleased with it.

It’s great for the price! The BP isn’t 100% accurate but it’s close and the pulse is pretty accurate as well. Has so many functions I haven’t even gotten to them all yet. So many different workout options, even jump rope!

I ordered this watch for my husband as his regular Fitbit (Charge 4) is difficult to read outside (i.e. the golf course). We used it for almost a month and these were our findings:Pros-*Loved the look of the watch - color display and very easy to read, even outside. Changeable watch faces via the app.*Price was amazing - 1/3 of the cost of the Fitbit Charge 4.*Band was superior to the Charge 4 with actual spring loaded pins rather that a flimsy clip connection.*Charging cord- has magnetic pins and is very easy to use.Cons-We consistently found the FITVII step counter reading low so we calibrated it against his Fitbit Charge 4 by wearing both trackers on the same day. Our findings were disappointing. The longer the timeframe the more the discrepancy was between the two trackers. During a round of 9 holes of golf, the FitVII was off by over 2000 steps. I immediately contacted customer support (via email) and their response was that there had been complaints about the accuracy of their products and they were working to improve them.. In particular, here is an excerpt from their reply: "I would also like to inform you that the product calculates the steps based on the hand waving and distance, so if you are walking, it records the steps according to how long you have been walking and your hand waving. If you walk without waving your hands, the device may not record any steps." What??? So the GPS connection is only activated with hand motion, and since most of us walk with some hand movement, it needs "excessive" hand movement.*Heartrate monitoring - The readout that displays on the tracker is just the readout of the last time you activated the heartrate feature. You must select it, then wait 30-45 seconds for it to monitor your heartrate for a reading. Our regular Fitbit monitors heartrate constantly so this feature on the FITVII is quite inferior.*Blood Pressure- We found this to be all over the place. I read a review by a Doctor, and he was so alarmed by the inaccuracy of this feature, that he would not recommend it.*We didn't monitor other features such as Sleep Tracking (but read reviews that it is also highly inaccurate).In summary, it is going back. Initially it looked promising, but you get what you pay for.

I am really enjoying my watch. It reminds me to drink water and tells me when I’ve been sitting too long. Love it. I wish there were more options under activities like kickboxing. Nonetheless, I love it.

My giving this project a three review because the battery life it die I try to change it it will not stay changed not for long time. Because it I wish that it was small because I wouldn’t rise my hand to push carts. Because just get in the way. Plus it discount to Bluetooth and the weather app not it just go back to the c temperature and f temp.

I've had this watch for months now and it's probably the best I've had. I've had some very expensive watches and some cheap ones but this one is better because it is accurate with step count, heart rate, b/p and oxygen. The battery lasts a LONG time. It's waterproof I wear it in the shower and washing dishes. The only thing that could be improved is the sleep time. Sometimes it says I only slept 4 or 5 hours and I know that's wrong.

Ideal choice
I specifically wanted a watch that would read blood pressure, heart rate, and had a screen that was large enough to read and also a good price point. I am very happy with this choice.
Should show the battery
Liked that ithe display is colored..But never know when to charge battery not displaying.
Blood pressure readings a bit dubious
I purchased the Smart Watch mainly for monitoring my blood pressure but the readings don't correspond with my doctor's Omron Blood Pressure Monitor.Otherwise, it is a good product.
