I get heart palpitations so I was looking for something to use as a nonstim pre workout and this worked great! I could genuinely feel the blood in my body just overall flowing better and I believe in turn, that gave me enough energy to get extra reps in. I’d start off in small doses as I did feel I had to experiment with portions to see what worked best for me without making me feel too pumped

🚨🚨DO NOT BUY “NATTY”!!!!!🚨🚨You will not believe how BAD it tastes!! It literally made me puke 🤢 I tried adding flavoring to it, but nauseating taste remains. Unable to drink it at all. Total waste of money.
