It's 3-in-1 scale design makes you know three indexes at one time:honey moisture/ brix/ baume. The measuring range: Water Content (Moisture) 12-27%, Brix 58-90%, Be' (Baume) 38-43. Division: 0.5% Water, 0.5% Brix, 0.25 Be'(Baume).

EASY TO USE
Brief steps to use a refractometer
- Align the prism assembly with light, adjust the focus adjustment until you can see the scale clearly.
- Calibration: Put 2-3 drops of calibration fluid on the prism, and turn the calibration screw with the screw driver to the target reading.
- Measuring: Clean the prism with soft cloth, and then place 2-3 drops of the liquid sample to be tested on the prism, look into the eyepiece and you can get the result.
