Digestability is good, which is ultimately my deciding factor.

This is a great post workout protein and I really love the flavor. I like the fact that it’s plant protein. The only thing is this only has 20 servings. If it had 30 servings then I would buy this all the time. I recommend this protein if you’re looking to shed some weight and gain some muscle.

I'm always nervous buying plant based protein powder, especially when pea protein is involved. If you hate yourself, you will eat pea protein. But this has some decent flavors that overpower the chalk flavored pea protein. Still a little chalkiness, but not enough to say it's not worth it. That's why I took off a star.I will say this stuff absorbs liquid like those silica packets in electronics boxes. Pretty sure you could dump a few of these tubs out during a flood, and you'd immediately stop the water. I always have to add way more liquid to maintain the same consistency compared to using whey protein.

First, I LOVE this vegan protein! I have tried so many proteins and this brand is my favorite. I am lactose intolerant and this brand is so great on my digestion! It helps me stay within my goals! Now, I have tried their vegan chocolate, vanilla and now this chocolate fudge flavor. This chocolate fudge flavor is DELICIOUS!! I am a huge chocolate lover and this just takes the cake! I could have this everyday! I add a little PB fit, banana and lactose free milk and it is a dream in a cup! WOW! SO IMPRESSED!!! Then to top it all of it is a reasonable price!

I feel scammed by Optimum Nutrition because of the amount of empty space that's in this container. I open the lid and it's half empty? Makes no sense. I'm looking for a good plant based protein and this is one of the best but I have to buy 3 just to fill a months worth of protein. Optimum please fix this.

Requires over twice the amount of water. If you use the same amount you'd use with whey, you end up with something the consistency of playdoh.When mixing, be sure to add the water first. Otherwise the powder forms a waterproof barrier that traps the powder at the bottom of the bottle. Trying to break through the barrier with a utensil results in said utensil also getting coated in a waterproof barrier with power trapped within.Unlike ON's whey protein, some sort of agitator (mixer ball, fork/spoon, etc) is required to get rid of all the clumps, even if you add the ingredients in the right order. The protein is drinkable with clumps, but the experience is not great. You get a normal protein shake with clumps of slighty salty powder dispersed throughout.Overall, unless you need/prefer this plant-based protein, save yourself the headache and get whey.

I am leaning towards vegetarian diet and with this product I no longer have to worry about not reaching my protein goal for the day. I drink it during my workout and I have noticed that it also boosts my energy. Chocolate flavor tastes good too.

It tastes good and has all the nutritional value i was looking for in plant based protein powder. It doesn’t use any artificial sweetener as well.

It's been around 1.5 years now that I have completely gone off whey and have been consuming 100% plant based protein powders. In the beginning, it took some getting used to the texture differences, but I found that the chocolate flavor helped (me, personally) to enjoy the shakes more. That being said, I've purchased plant based powders from many brands since removing whey from my diet and I can honestly say that Optimum Nutrition does it best.From the quality and flavoring of the powder, to its cost effectiveness in correlation to product weight, this product has been my go-to for several months now. I'm very happy, and would definitely recommend this to anyone keen on integrating plant based protein powder into their diet!

I have tried the double chocolate fudge whey protein isolate from ON and ordered this plant based one but despite being same chocolate flavour, it is way too sweet and leaves a weird taste in mouth for hours
