Haven’t had it but 30 days and it’s already broken beyond repair. Not sturdy and def doesn’t hold plus size clients smh.

Footrest is loud when putting up and down, and clients have to slightly lift legs so that footrest can go back down. As for a shampoo chair does the job but as for comfort is lacking.

The chair came with confusing instructions, just pictures, but was easy enough to put together by the pictures. One of the holes on the legs that held the bar across at the bottom did not align and was impossible to put together. The company agreed to refund but gave me the option of sending the leg to correct. Not only did they send the affected leg, but both and a whole new set of the screws to put together. The chair is perfect for washing my mother's hair at home. The chair is more expensive than some others but I wanted her to be able to put her feet up. The feet does not go to a 90 degree angle but is up enough. The chair part is heavy and has to be turned on the side to put all the screws in and the person putting together needs to be pretty strong or have an extra person to help turn and hold while assembling.

I bought this for my mom for Christmas. It arrived in excellent condition and my little brother easily put it together. It worked just as advertised. My mom was pleasantly surprised and repeated that the chair was better than expected. In addition, her client said the chair was comfortable. Good quality according to my mom so I am very happy.UPDATE: I just dropped by my mom’s salon and this thing is pretty big. Good quality. There’s this high quality handle on the right that let’s you adjust the back rest at exactly at the angle that you want (see photo). It’s thick. I’m ordering one more. I was nervous about ordering this because of a few negative reviews but look at this handle (see photo). It’s legit.
