They are both good but the Cream seems easier to apply.

This product delivered the pain relief I needed for my aching joints and back. I have ordered another tube of it and will probably continue to use it in the future.

Active ingredient is a low percentage of menthol. 1.3 percent. Advertised as a relief for neuropathy. Mentholatum ointment, which has the same amount of menthol, is around $8 at any store. Don't be duped trying to get your loved one relief with this scam.
