After two weeks of reading in 140/50-155/90. I scheduled a doctors appointment. Doctor took my pressure at 120/68 while the monitor on my other arm read 153/88. In my opinion if you want reliable reading this is not your best choice!

I received this unit two days ago, read the instructions and have used it at least four times since. Each time I have also used my electronic monitor which is accurate. However, this portable unit generally runs 30-40 points higher than the electronic one, which is very scary. When my electronic unit runs 157, the portable unit shows a reading of 191. I have an appointment with my cardiologist in two days and if the portable unit shows a reading that is much different from theirs, and considering that I am using the portable unit correctly, I will return it. I had bought the portable unit to be used on a long trip since my electronic unit cannot be used in the car.

I love this BP monitor. In my profession, we have to take a lot of blood pressures. I have purchased several different ones, but I think this one is exactly what we want. Trying to get my husband to take his BP has always been a battle., well not any more. The functionality, the readability, accuracy , the cost is everything you could possibly want. It is extremely easy to use. The battery life is very long as well. I highly recommend this monitor. It fits snuggly in a cute little case. You will not be disappointed with this purchase. Thank you

It was way too easy to get really unbelievable readings at first, until one figures out how to properly attach it. Even then, I'd guess around 5-10% accuracy.. but it is inexpensive

This is a great product. Very well made, nice packaging, travel case and they included a clear and thorough guide book and even the batteries! The fit and finish of the product is great. Very well made, feels high quality and works seamlessly.My favorite feature is the cuff. It's well made and even folds up easily to be stowed. There's even a small patch of Velcro on it to help with storage where it holds the cuff in place. That's just a small touch that was well thought out.The screen is responsive and easy to read. My first few attempts to use it resulted in high numbers. I referred to the book and realized you need to place it a certain way and position your arm in a certain way for accurate results. After correcting the user error, I had great results with this and compared it to my local drug store machine and it was accurate!My guess is the negative reviews on here are mainly due to user error. Give it a shot and test for yourself. Great product, great price, great fit and finish and I think it will last a long time. Very happy with it!

This blood pressure monitor works great!The unit is easy to use.As someone with an active lifestyle, it is helpful to have access to an accurate blood pressure reading whenever I need it.
