I tried it out as soon as it got here. It is so easy to use and I feel like so much cleaner after using this product. It’s very easy to figure out and use and as long as you follow directions and use it safely this is a great product! Would recommend

Giving this 3 stars for the camera only. Tips are bulky and were not able to grab wax for removal. Didn’t care for the app. The camera works great, if you just want to see the inside of your ear it amazing. Sadly it Fails in every other way. Returned.

Installing and connecting the device to the phone (tablet) was easy, if you follow the instruction manual.The picture quality is good and it is easy to use. Had few challenges to use it by self in the beginning but after few times got used to it. Used it to clean the earwax for kids and it did the job well. The soothing warm temperature maintained in the stem of the tool initially scared me, but then realized it is a feature in the tool :).Definitely NOT a tool for children to use by themselves.Not sure whether the battery will withstand 90 minutes of continuous operation, but it sustained for more than 30 mins.

Im not posting a picture, but let me tell you this thing pulled some junk out of my ears! I felt air in spots of my ear that i havent felt haha! Seriously this is nice to have to really clean out the junk in your ears. Saves a doctors trip too!

I loved this product and used it rather regularly. However, I tried to use it a couple days ago and now it won’t take a charge so it doesn’t show any video on the app, only a little red depleted battery icon despite charging it for hours with the original cable and other cables without luck. It didn’t last quite a year and towards the end the battery was only lasting roughly 30 mins and not the 90 as mentioned.

The metal part got so hot trying to ise it and it also agravated my inner ear, have not used since..disapointing

The media could not be loaded. Love how easy it is to use and how you can see everything from your phone. The camera is high definition and I could see every small detail. I even sent video to my doctor to look at.
