I'll say this, even if it worked well I cannot recommend it due to the taste. The smell is bad and the taste is just as bad. The affects for me were odd. I could feel sleepy but soon as I fall asleep I wake up and fall back to sleep... then I feel half asleep but not awake. Avoid.
