My cousin helped with the setup and said installation was super easy since they came mostly pre-assembled. I can’t wait for my clients to experience them!

Our clients loves them.It could have been easier to put together if the instructions were better. It did start leaking but they just need to be tighten supper tight. The foot part got stuck a few times but we fixed it. Overall not bad for their price.

I First, we assembled the chair, the foot rest gave issues ..it raises fine but when released it releases like a sudden death drop! .. hazard for clientsSecondly once the bowl was attached to the chair ready to be plumbed we noticed the hoses were different sizes so we had to begin a search from Lowe’s to Home Depot to other hardware stores to locate an adapter.. once locating thatAnd having to call the plumber out for a 2nd time (more money)He comes to hook it up and now the drain on the bowl itself is leaking and it’s on the part that came prearranged 😩.. just can’t catch a break with this bowl , will be sending back

This bowl has been a nightmare since arriving. I’ve had a plumper coke out to fix the constant drain leaks. It comes pre assembled.. we tried sealing and still leaks. Cost more to fix! Do not buy.
