This seems to work. Gets you deep sleep but just plan to get a full night or make your coffee because you will still be groggy if you take this and fall short on your 7-8hrs. As for night time growth that is to be seen. We need studies published not just my opinion. Rest is important and this is the same price as a quality melatonin supplement by itself so no harm in trying this with anabol hardcore and ripped as I ordered both. I started backwards with hardcore during a cut and will take ripped as I enter my next bulk to see if it helps with recomp and BMI after increasing caloric intake.

I've been using the weight loss shots, and they can make you lose muscle and fat. So I haven't seen new muscle, but its possible that its helped me to lose less muscle. I can't be 100% sure. I haven't had any side effects. So it hasn't done me any harm. Also I really struggle to fall asleep, so it might work better for someone else. I may need prescription strength meds to help me sleep.

Actually causes sleeplessness. Tried it multiple days with each night worse than before. The melatonin screws up with your system. These companies dont follow the research but just throw in ingredient that supposedly are good for your sleep. Artifical melatonin will make your eyes heavy but your body would be fully awake. Dont buy this unless next morning you want to walk restless like a zombie and stay irritated whole day. 1 star cuz there is no 0 on here.
