As with all the prior ones I've purchased, these are great quality posters. I'm so tired of reading reviews of people complaining about them coming rolled up. Of course they come rolled up! All you have to do is roll them up inside out and put 2 or 3 rubber bands around them for a day or two. No need for books or rocks on top, heating with a hairdryer, or anything else. You order the 4 posters pictured and you wind up with extras on the back. Why do some people complain about this - you didn't pay for them, right? Be appreciative for a change. My Pilates poster has Resistance Loop Workouts on back. My Warm-Ups poster has Pilates 2 on back. Yoga comes with Stretching on the back, and vice-versa, so with this particular poster package, that means you wind up with a duplicate poster. People complain about that, but they forget this same poster is included in a variety of other packages, and in many of those packages it doesn't result in a duplicate but a true bonus. Regardless - you didn't pay for anything on back here, so why gripe? I love this company's posters, they really are the perfect decoration for a workout area - USEFUL, CRISPLY printed, and COLORFUL.

These are great for daily workout reps. I usually alternate one chart per day so the routine is changed up. It keeps me coordinated so I'm using a variety of exercises along with my strength training. If you have a hard time knowing where to start these help. I'm 62 and these are easy to fillow.

I love these double-sided, large laminated visuals to hang on my gym wall so I don’t need to rely on my books or phone apps for stretching, yoga or piloted!! These’s are perfect for my home gym!!

Good size
They come rolled so you have to straighten them. Printed on double side. Doesn’t not come with hanging material so I use push pins on the wall. But I really enjoy following workouts from this. I find it useful for a beginner like me.
