Awesome !! My handyman broke the ToTo water tank of my toilet while he tightened the screws connected it to the toilet bowl so I ordered a new compatible ToTo water tank for the toilet so this new one worked perfectly well and the flushing is so strong too 👍👏

It’s a Toto what’s not to like? They packed it very well. Had to get a bowl because I ordered the wrong one and it was too expensive to ship back but now I have a nice new toilet.

This worked in conjunction with my CST744SF (R).10 toilet. Shout out to reviewer Lroz for posting the part number of the supply line that will work w/o modification – that worked for me. When you set the tank on the bowl it may appear there isn’t enough clearance between where the supply line attaches and the bowl, but there is (just barely) if you use the supply line mentioned by Lroz (BrassCraft Part No. B-1-12DLMF). I attached the supply line to fill valve (where it sticks out from the bottom of the tank) before I set the tank in place – some may find that easier.This comes with the flush valve, fill valve, and tank lever already installed, plus parts to install to bowl (tank to bowl gasket and tank to bowl bolts).

I had a contractor working on my bathroom that broke the tank of my st743 toilet that was 5 years old. Of course it is impossible to find a direct replacement of just the tank since it is discontinued.After hours of research on the interwebs, I found one post from 4 years ago that someone said you can replace the ST743 tank with that of an ST776, but you need to file down the wrench "wings" on the hose from the wall to the fill valve (it is a super tight fit, and the 1/4" wings would not allow you to remove the fill valve in the future if you have problems with it.Anyway, I hope that this helps someone in the rare situation I found myself!

I have included a picture of the new tank on the right, my old tank is on the left. As you can see the flush valve opening is larger. So, the new tank is not compatible with my toilet bowl. How can I return the new tank for the correct replacement?Sincerely,Larry
5.0 out of 5 stars New tank able to be used on older Drake model
The media could not be loaded. I had the same issue as Alric808, that is, trying to find a replacement tank (ST743S) for my older Drake 1.6 GPF bowl (CST744S). Toto discontinued the original stand alone tank and, shamelessly, has not produced a replacement tank that will fit the bowl. Toto customer service advised there was no replacement. Nevertheless, the ST776SA tank will work, with a little effort. The issue that needs to be addressed is the lack of sufficient clearance for the plastic piece on the water supply connector line that screws onto the plastic water intake piece at the bottom of the tank. Luckily I found a 12" water supply line at Home Depot that has a metal screw-on compression nut which is more narrow than the plastic compression nut and just clears the bowl. No shaving or other modification required. (The supply line is the BrassCraft Connector Part No. B-1-12DLMF.) Of course, be careful with your installation.
