HIGHLYRECOMMEND YOU TUBE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED BY MANUFACTURER FOR ASSEMBLY. Anway, A+ for machine as a home product for workouts, i am very pleased that i purchased this. Actually a remarkable, small piece of equipment, but powerful for strengthening legs, improving circulation and strength. It is an entire body workout. You Tube not only shows in detail how to assemble the equipment (very easy to do), but on the same site and video, all exercises.This is definitely a remarkable machine. Does so many things. Wonderful. Just go to You Tube punch in name of item, and not only easy assembly instructions, with detail, but a truly easy assembly. Best of all, machine remarkable. I use it every day, and for lower body, legs, circulation, etc., but this machine is a complete body workout, depdning on how one positions oneself on the machine. Just fabulous. We plan to give as gifts for speciual friends, as gifts arise. I was surprised at h ow outstanding this is. Thank You, Bolo, for making this available.

What can I say it's an all-in-one portable easily stored ab workout machine.If you're on the fence about purchasing don't be it's a great value and you will notice results within the first week. The machine is designed as such a way that it assists you with each crunch and you are able to do up to six additional exercises with it I love this piece of equipment please buy

Love the compact nature of this machine. Bought this to help me get back into exercising. I use it for push ups and sit ups mainly. I especially like that I can adjust the tension. I know some reviewers said the pushups were uncomfortable for them but I don’t think that at all. My son actually uses it too.

My husband tried to throw it out, so now I hide it behind my treadmill. You do need to have to be healthy enough to sit on the floor, and get up afterwards (use a thick yoga mat also). Bad side is the padding on the arms are horribly uncomfortable, good side is you burn calories just trying to get into position to use it. Not a serious piece of exercise equipment, but maybe good for masochists. Gonna keep it.

After a lot of research and review digging, I purchased this Wonder Core machine to aide in my workout plan. I am disabled, but still take fitness very seriously - being 32 years old and hoping to have many more years to go. I suffer from disabilities in my neck, shoulder, ribs, lower back, and leg. I am able to use this machine daily, and due to its support, I have been able to achieve many more fitness goals than I imagined. It is designed to last, the stitching and mat are solid. It does not wobble, squeak, or slide around. The foam pieces are sturdy and do not move around during movement. Assembly was ridiculously easy, as is storage. You have the choice to add more or less tension, using the two knobs on the back side. It's nice to customize each arm, as one of my legs is much worse than the other. I can ease up on one half if I need to. The size is ideal for a broad range - I am 5'1, 118 lbs and have no problem. My husband is 6'0 and 220 and he has no problem either. He is able to use this machine daily as a big part of his own fitness journey. Since we both share the unit, switching tension settings is a breeze and takes only seconds to do. Included in the box is a manual guide for workouts. I love that there are multiple ways to use the Wonder Core - it's definitely not just for sit ups. You can get a whole body workout with just one piece of equipment. The only problem we haveboth had was doing push ups. There is no comfortable way to do them, we've each tried and it's super awkward. However, the other exercises were completely fine. I would absolutely recommend the Wonder Core to anyone looking for a multi-purpose unit to their home gym set up.

There are quite a few workouts this little guy supports… and is exactly what I needed for my home gym. I even recommended it to a lady that is about to RTO - return to office.It provides great support for core exercises, and I can feel the burn after just a few reps. It’s easy to store and assemble, making it ideal for small spaces. A must-have for anyone serious about strengthening their abs or assisted pushups.
Quality Issue
Item damaged after few month of use. Get it Jul 2024 and broken in Oct 2024.Hope saler ensure the quality of this items as it maybe a dangerous for the user.
Great machine
Love it. I can’t do sit ups because of a bad back. This machine really helps.
Ab workout
Excellent easy to use and you can feel the burn when working out. Not so sure about its usage for the biceps and legs but definitely works for the abs
