Super effective, I love the little pocket to carry them with my stuff in the gym. Different elastic with different strength. Perfect to do a lot of workouts. I use them for a lot of different exercises, can be use for arm and legs workout, right length for both. I use them directly on my skin, they are comfortable to use, the silicone does move a bit but it's not a problem at all. Really good Value for money ! I recommend.

these set of bands are really good quality and very functional. they can be use with so many parts of your body due to its versatility and stretchability. I give 4/5 just because I don't like that every single hair gets stuck on it and when being a pet owner this is not a plus. otherwise they are excellent.

I didn't like the quality of these bands – they roll up when used on the thighs.These resistance bands are uncomfortable during workouts because they tend to roll or bunch up, especially when doing exercises like squats or leg lifts. This makes it hard to focus and reduces their effectiveness.If you're looking for alternatives, I recommend switching to fabric resistance bands with anti-slip grip. They're more comfortable, stay in place, and work better for lower body exercises.

Decent exercise bands
No idea who Jakko Foxx is but these are great exercise bands. They come in a nice bag, have already last a few months and are going strong. I also like the purple colour theme!
