I use these in conjunction with a large Band-Aid on a chronic wound. I place it directly on the wound and have the Band-Aid over it for extra cushion and so that the wound does not stay moist. I highly recommend them.

    These dressing covers worked well. They should have come with adhesive edges. If they did this product would have a 5 star rating from me. They did not stick to my wound, which is a good thing. But once taped down it did a great job controlling minimal drainage. I would buy again.
