Came packaged with a magnetic driver and bits — however, it doesn’t include T5 which is needed for three of the screws necessary to remove the screen; they include a T4 which is useless. Fortunately I had a T5. Note that you will no longer have True Tone. The only way you’re getting that is a new OEM display. Have fun paying three times the price for that.

I bought this item in September 2023. Since June 2024, dark shadows have appeared at the bottom of the screen. Now, it is December 2024, and the screen turns off every time I lift the screen. The screen worked fine initially, then started to fail more and more.

Brought this item in September 2023. February 2024, it stopped working. Laptop is on but no picture. Then it came on and had dark streaks at the bottom. Now it wont come on at all once again. Waste of time and money.

Webcam e mic não funcionam
Enviei o produto para instalação em uma autorizada, onde descobriram que o cabo da webcam e do microfone estava danificado, causando o mal funcionamento de ambos. Felizmente, a tela está funcionando perfeitamente até agora, por isso a nota 3. Contudo, por um adicional de R$600, eu poderia ter comprado uma tela localmente e ter alguma garantia real. Em resumo, se você comprar e o produto apresentar defeitos, boa sorte tentando contato com o vendedor, que não responde às mensagens.

compre esta pantalla y en menos de 3 meses fallaron unos leds en la pantalla y se producen estas manchas negras en forma de cono, me comunique con el proveedor y me mando otra pantalla, y nuevmente tuve problema primero la camara de video fallo y no podia ya hacer videoconferencias y ahora volvio a fallar otra vez los leds como se ve en la pantalla. no dura mas de 3 meses y falla nuevamente. mucho cuidado con esta compra
