It all began with the mini waffle maker. Next thing you know I have multiple products from this Company. This DASH electric kettle does everything that it says. I use it for multiple purposes such as my miso my dad‘s tea, oatmeal, and cream of wheat, pouring it over broccoli and vegetables still finding uses for the convenience of an electric kettle to be used for, awesome product awesome manufacturer.

The first one I had was black and lasted me over 5 years of heavy daily use. I only got rid of It because it stopped reading the heat temperature and wouldn’t shut off when it boiled. But that’s probably my fault as my roommate didn’t follow the “MAX” line suggestion and over filled it which probably broke that feature. I swear no one listens to me in this house.The new one I bought is white and it’s matte. Beautiful easy to clean and doesn’t show fingerprints. Needs to be descaled every once in a while. Boil some water and vinegar in it and throw out the mixture. Boil more water a few times until the vinegar smell is gone.

Same boil speed as my clear one that was $20 cheaper. I don’t like the foggy plastic that doesn’t dry after each use.

This kettle is a good example of a once good product line that is now junk. Everything looks good on the outside except for the most important parts. The lid won’t stay closed! This is extremely frustrating. The thing never auto shut offs. We always do it manually. Absolute junk. As far back as this issue goes I’m surprised there hasn’t been an official recall. Bolo should also do better by their customers and not even carry some of these habitually poorly made products

Love this electric kettle. Have had it for 2 years and used it regularly. It’s always worked perfectly, boiling water very quickly. It didn’t rust until I was sick and forgot to empty it to dry out. Water sat in it overnight and a rust ring formed in the bottom. Totally my fault. I would absolutely order another one.

Pretty calm mint color. So convenient! Don’t have to run to stove when kettle starts calling. This just shuts off after boiling

I had been looking for one in the colour I wanted. The price was reasonable although I could have bought a much cheaper one if I hadn't wanted the aqua colour. Seems like everything you buy these days has increased in price, but I like the kettle and it fits with my other appliances
Impressive spout
The spout is a step above our old Kitchen Aid kettle that never was quite able to fill our Bodum withoutSome leakage on the countertop it was a well made product actually better quality then the Dashbut had that poorly designed spout
Lid failed to close within months, cracks formed around handle. Autoshut off fails regularly. #Fail
Worked well for the first few months then the lid stopped closing properly and the autoshutoff began failing intermittently. Lid failure creates scalding risk. Failed shutoff creates fire risk. For a $90 unit, I expect a product that is much better than this and lasts longer than a few months. Sadly their return policy expires at 90 days - ironic that most issues reported in the reviews appear after that timeframe. Bolo, you need to consider not supporting this seller and pull this poor quality and potentially dangerous product from your lineup. And a refund would be nice, happy to ship this back if requested.
Lid doesn't close
Very poor quality. The lid doesn't close properly, therefore steam is coming out and boiling time is quite extensive.
