5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Multivitamin with Real Niacin Flush Is a Good Thing!
I’ve purchased this vitamin at least four times. It’s an excellent multivitamin with one valuable thing that you don’t often get: real niacin (vitamin B3). This is not an “allergic reaction” or a B6 allergy. Niacin (nicotinic acid) is meant to flush out your system as it expands your capillaries. Higher doses of niacin can help with cholesterol and lower blood pressure (not medical advice, just information). The flush free niacin is not true vitamin B3 and does not have the aforementioned benefits. The real niacin has actually been a main reason I purchased and continue to do so.Overall, this is a great multivitamin if you can handle the flush which does not happen all the time and your body usually stops having this reaction over consistently taking the vitamin, especially with a full stomach. It’s not for everyone, but it is a high quality multivitamin.

I love this product, hands down I truly feel the difference taking these consistently. No side effects at all. But I was taking the recommended servings of two per day, and yes I felt great, but I was interested in the reviews indicating the doses were a bit too high. Well they are right and, after about 3 hours of research, have decided to drop to one per day. I love this product, I really do. Just wanted to warn people not to commit to two capsules per day and give one a try instead. This product is indeed a good thing, but its always possible to have too much of a good thing.

I don’t know what depth of Hades they sourced their compounds but I can only explain the after effects.Results after 4 days of daily vitamins as directed.Day-1. Nothing too bad. Normal day. Stomach not feeling great but hey it’s Friday.Day-2. Wife will not kiss me because my breath reeks of dead rodents and fermented fish. My son tells his friends parents that have poopy butt face mouth. Stomach definitely not good. Stomach cramps and bouts of nausea. But hey it’s Saturday, surely this can’t be my new multivitamin.Day 3. If you liked dead rodent and fermented fish breath, we have moved onto strait 2 girls one cup breath. Yea something is seriously wrong but it can’t be a multi vitamin. About 11am the almighty hits me and I wasn’t in church… yet. That fun is coming up. Explosive is an understatement, I sand blasted the toilet with my excrement. Every 25 minutes a new wave of nausea followed by puking out my butt in levels that would shock modern medicine. I think the disentary I got in India a few years back was asking for tips from my multi vitamin. 5 out of 5 stars if that’s your thing.Day-4. I didn’t sleep that night as my rectum has requested I seek assisted suicide to ease the pain. Bonus, from all the deficating, I now have hemorrhoids. My wife who will not even be in the same room with me due to the puttered stench that even the Dark Lord Sauron wouldn’t use on Bilbo the burglar to pry the ring of power from his thieving little grasp. Wife mentioned “maybe it’s your new multi vitamin.” I say that’s crazy, how can a vitamin mess me up this bad…Day-5. Stop taking multi vitamin but I don’t tell my wife because I’ll be damned if she hasn’t kissed me in 5 days and then im also going to tell her she was correct. I may be 15lbs lighter, using 3 packs of hemorrhoid wipes a day because I have a literal fire-wart the size of a golf ball out my toot hole…but I ain’t stupid.Side bonus… my septic system couldn’t keep up with the levels of waste so now I have that going for me… which is nice!

Was looking for a multivitamin without cyanocobalamin (which is synthetic) and used methylcolbalmin (which is natural). Very happy with this vitamin

I have numerous Naked brand items that I use, I picked up this bottle. I have been taking it for a couple of weeks now and have had minor itching and burning. Today I took this and I am having the worst itching and burning sensation experience that I have had so far. I hate to stop taking this but I can't do an hour of itching and scratching.Maybe this company can remove the Niacin and offer a formula without it.I have never had a reaction to any vitamin brand that I have taken.

These are NOT easy to swallow but OK if you do one at a time. There is a lot of stuff packed into each pill which is nice. Some days I only take 1 or split the recommended (2) dose am/pm. Checked the ingredients against other multis and these seem a step above imo. I've never had any burps, aftertaste, headache or nausea and have been taking them with/without food for about 6 mos. Fakespot gives this product an F rating but I disagree.
