It’s usually plugged in, but when we move outside to practice on the deck, it moves right outside with us. It’s never run out of battery during a deck event (typically 2 hours), and it has excellent sound. Easily adjusts from my music app on my phone. It blends right in, stylish and unassuming while bringing quality sound. Easy to transport, so I can carry it to events outside of my studio.

I bought my first Onyx over 10 years ago. It still works, but I passed it on to one of my kids. I’m so happy that I did. This speaker provides a richer sound with a well defined sound range.

The Onyx really sounds great. It is a lot bigger than I expected, so check the dimensions. I only gave it four stars because it is only good for eight hours, not quite long enough to use overnight for white noise (one of our uses). Our previous speaker was a JBL Charge which is good for 20 hours and can recharge your iPod or phone.

Unbelievable bass and sound. I was impressed when I went to and get together at a friend of mine has the Onysx 5 and I have a decided that I should get one. But, when I went to buy it I have decided to go with the Onyx 7… I AM HAPPY

Faulty and missing items

1. Missing power cable2. The logo seems to be scrap off like it's being used before (see photo)3. Sound is distorted, seems like it was used and condition is bad

I have never used any speaker better than this before. I wish I had money to buy the same again for my best friend. Anytime I feel lonely I just on it and the sound it makes even makes me melt
