On my feet for long hours and doing plenty of steps with work, so at times my feet, especially my arches are tight and sore. While I normally use a tennis or softball, I decided to get these. So far I have used the smaller purple one and the double. Now they are hard plastic, the spikes can hurt a bit at first or if you have sensitive feet feel a little ticklish, but trust me they will help you out a lot. I have noticed a difference in 2 days already. Spend 5-10 minutes on each foot rolling it around, easy to do while watching TV, sitting at your computer desk or anything else. You will find it will make a difference immediately!! Well worth it.

I had expected them to be a bit larger in size. They would be good for foot therapy. Not big enough for hips, legs or back. Watch for the measurements before ordering. For best affect.

I like that the balls are hard plastic with no give. The points feel great on my feet. I am fighting plantar fasciitis and my feet are feeling great after a few minutes rolling on them on the carpet. I’m glad I bought the 3-pack, as I can roll them both at the same time.

These are much younger hard for trigger point therapy or massage. They’re made of plastic. I even showed my physical therapist and she said to return them.
