Very bright and small enough tp be placed inside the body.
5.0 out of 5 stars Reasonably bright when driven by 200 mA
I am testing a couple of these LEDs using a constant current power supply. They are soldered to an aluminum disk that acts as a heat sink.They are bright, and their heat sink stays no more than warm to the touch when driven with 200 mA. They are a little brighter and a bit hotter at 300 mA, but I can still touch the heat sink. Their Vf is about 2.8V at 100 mA, 3V at 200 mA and 3.1V at 300 mA. Note that 3.1V at 300 mA gives just under the LED's power rating of 1 W. So, no more than 300 mA!The LEDs have three solder pads: 1) a negative 2) a positive direct to the LED (which is what I am using with my constant current supply) and 3) a positive with a 6.8 Ohm resister in series.If you run them using a constant voltage source, then the 6.8 Ohm resister should limit current OK for 5V operation-- but be careful since the LEDs, the resisters, and maybe your power supply could vary. I could imagine seeing problems with outlier parts. Running the LED's through their resistor at 3.3V should be extremely safe but significantly less bright.The thing I am using (for testing) as a constant current supply is something like: "HiLetgo 3pcs XL4015 5A DC to DC CC CV Lithium Battery Step Down Charging Board Led Power Converter Charger Step Down Module". One of the trim pots controls the current limit. I am not sure these things are greatest LED drivers for permanent use, though.

I got these for a bunch of small projects to pair with lenses. They run very happily at about 0.3A @ 5V and seem consistent in color and output across the batch. I don't have a way to measure color binning other than visually, but no issues pairing multiple LEDs together. The solder pads are large and easy to solder to.

Can someone help me with wiring 23 of these? Im new to led wiring and i am making a desktop lamp using 23 and having issues

At 5V I just used a old phone charger sitting around. Left is warm white , right is cool white. A little brighter than a 25 watt incandescent bulb. So the two are 50-60 watts bright using on about 2 watts.

Good led working fine
Good led kit and powerfull enough for my project.Only con is that led color is not exactly the there is some variation from on led to another.
