When I mentioned to my doctor, during my annual wellness visit, that my diet borders on vegetarian and vegan, she advised me to take B12. So, if you notice the Supplement Facts for this product, the B12 component is 500mcg or 20833% Daily Value. And, as an added bonus, it has 150mg magnessium, 36% Daily Value. And, most importantly, these are all in one tablet.While it's too early to assess any benefit from this supplement, it more than meets my personal need for a vitamin B12 supplement.The label has a certification/badge and text noting that it's "Independently Content Certified by NSF International".Overall, I'm happy with the contents, ingredients in this supplement.

This supplement makes it a little easier getting my daily B12 and magnesium by giving me one less pill to swallow. I think this is a good combination and is very good for overall health. Magnesium has a plethora of health benefits to numerous to list, and B12 has helped mine and my husband's mental cognition like nothing else has. I think this is a very good supplement.

I hate these large chalky tablets. I'm having a hard time taking them daily. I'm going back to b complex and Phillips caplets.

I wanted to increase my B12 and Magnesium intake so I decided to give this a try. On occasional days I am on a vegetarian diet(out of personal choice) so getting enough B12 through supplementation is important for me.This bottle contains 90 tablets @ 1 per day for a 3 month supply. As of this review, I have been taking this for about 2 months now and so far so good with no issues. My nervous system, lungs, heart, everything functioning smoothly.And I have not experienced any adverse effects either. I would definitely purchase this again once my current supply runs out and would recommend for anyone looking to supplement their B12 and Magnesium intake.

My husband doesn’t eat as well as he should, so I fortify his diet with supplements. I like this particular formula—it incorporates both forms of Vitamin B12 and uses patented TRAACS® magnesium. These essential nutrients don’t compete for absorption, and it’s an easy way to maintain healthy body function levels. Only one per day is needed, so this is an ample three month supply.

I had been taking a combination of Magnesium, Calcium and Potassium. After my last lab work, my doctor advised me to cut back on the potassium. So then I found these, and B12 is something I know I always need and I can still get my magnesium. If I skip taking magnesium it causes me to have muscle cramps. So I take this at bedtime, as it helps me relax to sleep.

I took them for more energy and muscle control. I'm not really sure if they help me or not but they did not hurt me.
