I bought two of these. They are wonderful!One of mine started draining a set of batteries within 24 hours so I knew something was wrong. I contacted support and they were incredibly helpful and understanding. They sent me a replacement immediately after I explained the issue!These are dependable and setting them up is a breeze. Make sure you check out both the rain delay and manual functions- I love it.The only thing I cant do with these is run them at say, 8am and 1pm. I could set a 5 hour gap, but then they would do off at 6pm as well. What I do to work around is set a daily timer for 1pm, and in the morning at 8am I walk out and turn each one on with the manual feature for 10 minutes. I have them both running off the same spigot via a splitter so I try not to run them in parallel for water pressure reasons, the devices would certainly allow it.The patches in the grass are no fault of the timers lol- simply a result of growing grass in springtime.I would have given these 5 stars without the excellent customer service. That was simply the cherry on top. They are a good value for the price, and helped me grow out a new lawn that looks fantastic.

I've tried growing a garden multiple times in the past with varying levels of success. The biggest issue I have had has been consistent watering. I live in the desert, and so consistent watering is key, but I just didn't have the time to keep up on it as needed. This year, I decided to get a timer and hook it up to a soaker hose for the garden. This was super easy to set up - only issue was that the valve was stuck and wouldn't open initially. I called customer service, and they said to activate and deactivate manual mode 5-10 times and see if that would get the valve unstuck. I didn't think it would work, but I decided to give it a try - and it worked! It's working well to water my garden without having to think about it at all! It's super easy to set up with a straightforward control panel, and it fits perfectly to the hose bib and the hose. Definitely recommend!

The button programming was easy enough and I love how many times per day you can set it for 👍 It was incredibly easy to start connecting up AND you get thread tape and spare seals included in their products. It certainly looks good and less clunky size wise than my last timer. As for durability, time will tell as this is day one in a long summer in Arizona. Overall from setting up to connectivity it was a breeze. They look good quality products and so far, I would recommend them, thank you 👍🍻

I really like this timer. It is very easy to set up and use. It seems really sturdy. Use it to set up a soaker hose in the garden. It seems water resistant but only had it for a month so will write another review in the future regarding that. I think it is a really nice value for the money. That all being said, the customer service is really nice as well. If you send an email or call they usually get back to you in a day or 2. What i did not like is that they offer a 30% discount on future products which i was going to use to get another timer. BUT they only offer a discount on certain items and this timer was not one of them. I would have given this 5 stars if not for that. I do recommend the product and customer service but was a little disappointed in the bait and switch.

This seems to be a well-constructed solid sprinkler timer. I bought and instalked 1 then bought another sinnke plus the 2 output model.I used plastic quick-disconnects on one and brass on the other two...all with teflon tape and double washers (supplied) if needed...so it will be a breeze to remove for winter or to a new watering setup. No leaks anywhere. Instructions were a little hard to decipher but was not a problem (I made my own more simplified set).First unit working for almost 2 weeks without a hitch, other two about a week...no problems.Highly recommended...

I have been using the RainPoint timer for a little more than a year now and I have been very pleased with the product. I know that it has been just over a year because I had one (out of four that I have been using) break down a few weeks short of the 1-year mark. Something had gone wrong with the water seal and water ruined the electronics. Even though I didn't contact them until just after the 1-year mark they still replaced the unit. Their support team was friendly and easy to work with.I did try a different timer before the RainPoint. It is not an exhaustive comparison (with only one product to compare it to), but the biggest advantage of the RainPoint timer over the other brand was the battery life. It would outlast the other time by several weeks before the batteries needed to be changed.

I was torn between 3 and 4 stars because died after a year but worked really good. I had it for right at a year and the screen messed up/got to wet maybe? it stayed outside for about a year and made it through growing season fine. Went to use it again this year and discovered the screen looked like it got water in it. I did leave it outside all year and maybe not best decision. I will add it never leaked and even after being outside for a year the plastic was still solid and held up good. I liked this some much i ordered another one this year and the new one is the same but seems they made a few changes. New one is up and running fine and will see how it holds up. Worth the around $30 i paid for it.

Antes de comentarles aspectos sobre el temporizador, ya les puedo adelantar la mayor crítica que he encontrado, y se centra en su manual de instrucciones que no viene en español, un detalle que no puedo llegar a comprender el comercializar un producto en España y no añadir instrucciones en ese idioma.El temporizador está construido totalmente en un plástico que se aprecia de mucha calidad y resulta convincente la anotación que encontramos en la publicación del producto, cuando indica que está realizado en un plástico de grado industrial.En su parte trasera, dispone de una tapa que podemos retirar para insertar las dos pilas de tipo “AAA” que no vienen incluidas, esta tapa cumple de forma muy fiable la estanqueidad necesaria para evitar una posible entrada de agua en este compartimento.Lo que más me ha llamado la atención es su facilidad de uso, con todo lo necesario y bien pensado para poder gestionarlo sin mucha complicación. Tan solo puedo transmitir mi experiencia con las pruebas realizadas durante dos días, su funcionamiento ha resultado exitoso y tan solo me queda la apreciación en cuanto a su durabilidad.Con anterioridad ya he tenido ocasión de probar un temporizador de una marca muy conocida en el entorno de la jardinería y aunque no existe una exagerada diferencia de precio, este temporizador cumple de la misma manera que el que he tenido, con la diferencia de ofrecer una mejor experiencia en cuanto a la facilidad con su manejo.

Was looking for an automatic watering system for my garden. This was an amazing product and easy to set up.Has been monitoring it for the past weeks and it never fails to impress me. No leaks even with high pressure from water pump and super easy to setup in less than a min.

Vorgestern bestellt, heute schon geliefert bekommen - ein dickes Lob an Bolo/DHL-Logistikteam!ich habe eine Serie von Fotos gemacht, um einen ersten Eindruck von diesem Gerät vermitteln zu können: Unboxing, Batterieeinsetzen, Uhreinstellung, Anschluß am Gartenwasserhahn und Erstinbetriebnahme.... in 10 min. läuft so weit alles. Die Bedienungsanleitung braucht man wirklich nicht.Das ganze macht einen sehr soliden Eindruck. Beim Einschalten macht der Ventil einen kleinen Knack, das Wasser fließt dann sofort - ohne merklichen Druckverlust. So weit funktioniert alles wie aus der Produktbeschreibung.Manualler Betrieb ist etwas umständlich weil man mehrere Tasten drücken muss, aber es geht. Anders als in manchen Rezessionen falsch beschrieben, die Zeit des manuellen Betriebs läßt sich mit +/- Tasten hoch- bzw. runter setzen, also kein Problem.Programmierung ist sehr einfach, allerdings in der Flexibilität/Varibilität etwas eingeschränkt - für die meisten Anwendungen m.E. ausreichend.Garantieanspruch läßt sich von 2 auf 3 Jahre kostenlos verlängern, Sie brauchen nur ein E-mail an den Händler schicken und die Verlängerung aktivieren lassen.Bleib abzuwarten wie lange die Freude an diesem Gerät hält.
