With a steady, not-so-strict diet, working out 4-5 days a week a little cardio I've managed to drop 16lbs so far and counting. Time to re-up!!!

I only used these for two weeks due to extreme cramping so I started doing 3 day smoothy fast with light hiit and weight training and drinking about a gallon of water a day I dropped five pounds in a week

Very disappointed in the second shipment of this product. I purchased my first order of Knock Out in May. There was a noticeable difference in the increase of my energy and it did help me lose some weight along with a proper diet and exercise. However, when I purchased my second order in August, there was a massive difference in the product. It didn’t offer me the same increase of energy, nor it didn’t help suppress my appetite as the the first order had done. Plus, all of the capsules were coated or rather I should are coated with what I believe is the pepper they add to the product even though there are no broken capsules in my bottle. At first, I had hoped that it was just a couple of them, but they all are that way causing one to gag severely as you try to swallow. I had hoped I had found a good product to help me maintain the weight that I love being at, but it looks like I will have to keep up my search.

However, since starting this supplement, I've noticed a significant reduction in my hunger. Now, I only eat a small amount, which is just enough to satisfy my needs. Overall, I'm pleased with the results so far.

The instructions on how and when to take them are clear.I’ve been using these for the best part of a week now and I can safely say I have noticed how much more energy I have without the need for eating extra food. My performance at the gym and for my running sessions has also really noticeably improved as well. I feel like I am getting lean yet not losing my muscle mass.Ideal product and I’d recommend to all! My partner also started taking these since I started and is just beginning to notice the benefits of them!

The packaging is interesting and unique however I don't think it's a good idea to have a clear plastic container for things such as tablets or capsuls, usually you'd try to keep them away from sunlight.It doesn't contain any harsh ingredients which is great but I didn't notice a huge effect maybe a bit of an energy boost.
