This product doesn't work. It just makes sound and doesn't grind at all. No movement of parts. Requires better quality check.

The media could not be loaded. This is a very useful product. little bit of loud sound. Timer is useful for new grinder users and I personally felt grinder lid is not handy it always flips off when using. so far working in good condition and outcome is awesome.

I got the product yesterday and tried to setup for use but the timer button is not working. I can increase the timer but not able to bring it down. By default it was set to 89. Now way I can bring it down and use it. Rest of the functionality seems to be working fine. Ended up returning as the customer service number provided is not working.

Proce is bit high but product is good. When i bought this from different seller there was no powersupply but later i ordered from Gandhi supplies and its working fine withoit any problems though k have used only twice i like the product
