I was looking for a punching bag to get started learning to box and this is perfect for that. Super easy to put together, we filled the base with 100lbs of sand and still have room to add more if needed down the line. We didn't use the suction cups since we have it on carpet. Feels sturdy and durable and I know this is gonna last me a long time. I would give their customer service alone 5 stars because the shipping company kept delaying the arrival of one of the boxes and when I messaged the seller they were super responsive and made sure I had the right tracking number, they even checked in a few days after we spoke to confirm I got the package. Legitimately one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. If you're a beginner and don't want to drill a hole in your ceiling this is worth every penny.

Quick shipment. Order said it would take a week and a half to arrive, it was here in 3 days. Some slight damage on the bag's box, but no damage to the product. Looks nice, went together easily. Solid even with no sand or water in the base, just using the suction cups on a smooth concrete floor until I can get sand. Instructions are in broken english, which is really baffling in the day and age, but can still be figured out. Recommend not using the tiny stamped 12mm wrench that comes with the product and using a proper box end wrench. Gloves are decent, I have giant hands and they fit well. I have Parkinson's and boxing is good exercise to to improve symptoms.

It’s sturdy and good quality. We put sand in it since it still moves a bit too much either way water. Good for a small space, adjusting it is easy depending on how much flexibility you want.

I've had this for about 1 and a quarter years now. It has held up well to medium-intensity kickboxing with some power punches and power kicks thrown at it occasionally. I filled the base with sand and keep the bag in my garage with a concrete floor. The bag doesn't stay completely rooted in one spot, but it moves so little over the span of 30 - 60 mins. that it's functionally negligible movement. This bag isn't as good as a full 200 lbs. heavy muay thai bag would be, but for the money it's a very good option for people who can't properly install a heavy bag in their space. Again, you won't be blasting this bag at full power constantly -- but you'll get a solid workout.Over time, the stand has become just a little more "floppy"; it's not quite as rigid as it was when I first started using it, but it's not much of a concern. The bag part itself has a few small lumps/ridges/dents from eating power punches and kicks, but these seem mostly cosmetic; they don't impact the feel or quality of using the bag.I expect I'll get AT LEAST 2 years of use out of this. If I do, it'll be well worth the money spent. If it lasts 3 or 4 years total, it'll be an excellent value.

Honestly incredibly impressed. I hit pretty hard (personal opinion not based on experience or facts) and it handles it all very well.Now, it’s not a 150lb hanging heavy bag. It’s different. I had low expectations and to be honest did not think this would work for me but thought I’d give it a chance.It works tremendously well and I would recommend this to anyone.Note: filled with sand, shook it up rolled it around really packed in the sand. Then, filled with water, rolled it around, more water, waited, more water. I didn’t weigh this thing, but I could hardly move it. The base is very* heavy.Retains water and pretty durable. Not sure it’ll last for years and years but to be honest for the price I’m not expecting 10 years out of this and I’m okay with that.

The media could not be loaded. I have big updates on my product review.- FITVEN contacted me to resolve my base water leakage issue.They send me overnight a BRAND NEW base to replace the problem one.FIlled the base with water again. I am more comfortable with water filled.So my both issues, leakage and suction holding, gone with new replaced base.My regular punching work out is back to normal with my fully punctuational punch bag equipment.From my experience I SINCERLY RECOMMED FITVEN if you are seriously looking for a punch bag with great product and hassle free customer support.Thank you FITVEN for the great product customer services.***************************************************************************************************Below is my original review (I am leaving it here to be sincere with other serious buyers).***************************************************************************************************I am using this product from beginning of October 22 with water filled as the base weight.From beginning of Feb 23 the water started to leak from the base.So I replaced the water with play sand from home depot which cost me $22. I used 3x50 lb to fill 3/4 of the base tankI am warning you filling the sand (if the sand is wet) is a herculean effort. I took 3 hours to fill 3 bags. So make sure your back is strong and you have lot of patience to finish this job. I made a makeshift funnel using one gallon milk jar and used a hand shovel to fill up the tank.I mentioned I filled 3/4 of the base tank.I am putting this equipment on a wooden floor.Now the fun part the equipment is running like a chicken in my basement when ever I do the work out!!!So far I don't have a solution for this. I am thinking on a solution to fix this problem.Other than the all the hazel I mentioned above the equipment is really good.I use it 7 days a week minimum 30 minutes weekdays and 1 to 1.5 hours on weekend.After all the punches and kicks as much hard I can all these months the equipment still stand like a champ without zero damages.So if you are looking a decent equipment I recommend this with all its base problems.This is the first time I am using a stand alone punch equipment and this is the only manufacture I am experienced.If you like my feed back and make a purchase decision based on it I wish a you HAPPY PUNCHING and welcome to the club!!!
