Waited for a year and finally just went ahead and switched from a microfiber blanket to 100% cotton . So glad we did . Me and my husband both have night sweats and this blanket has helped so much with that . It’s got a nice heft to it so it lays on you very comfortably. I’ve already washed and dried it 3 times with no issues whatsoever. Perfect to keep you warm without overheating and the price was good .

Hello. I just received my blanket in sage green. The color is really nice. Not too dull, not too bright. I'm writing to mention that although this blanket has not been used yet, it's a wonderful weight and washes really well (gentle, cold.) It says to dry it for max of 10 minutes on low, but that didn't get it anywhere near dry!! I put it back in for 30 minutes on normal, and it came out great. No shrinking noticed. Anyway, I have a standard twin and an extra long twin. This blanket doesn't come in extra long, so I first ordered just one standard to see if it might also fit the extra long twin. Yay! It fits just fine! Plenty of blanket for the extra long twin, even after washing and drying it. I just ordered another for my extra long twin. Be assured that if you need an extra long twin blanket, this standard twin will fit just fine.

Alright so I saw a lot of reviews regarding shrinkage and lint. I except to have snags on a blanket of this sort so that wasn't a concern of mine at all. I got the king size blanket for my queen size bed as I like to have plenty of blanket for both of us. Photos include the excess length on top and sides after a wash and dry cycle.As far as the lint and shrinkage goes. I didn't think to check its size on my bed prior to washing it so I can't answer that question as of today. However lint, in the photo you'll see two balls. The small ball was when I follow3d the directions to a tee. I did a hand wash cycle for washing, cold water, by itself. I put it in the dryer for only 10 minutes on low temp. That created the small lint, there was no left behind lint in my washer or dryer, just that small ball worth. However after I let it air dry for awhile, I was got impatient cause I wanted to go to sleep so I threw it back in for an additional 10 minutes on low temp and 7 minutes air only no heat cycle. That created the larger ball of lint. I suggest listening to the directions 😅😂It's the perfect temp blanket for a very deep south humid summer and I like the weight of the blanket. It's not the softest but again I kinda was expecting that (it reminds me of those blue hospital blankets which are my favorite).

I have two of these blankets for beds. Nice blankets, nice quality and soft but be prepared to wash it 2-3 times prior to using. It has a ton of lint that comes off of it being new.

This is a decent cotton blanket with the perfect weight. However, I bought mine a year ago and it is already falling apart. I purchased a king size and it has shrunk so the sides and length are so short.

Ordered a King so that I could wrap my feet down at the bottom of the bed. Love it. I use a flat sheet between me and the blanket. Yes, it is open weave looking, but don't let that deter you. I dare a winter wind to bother me in January. lol. Will purchase another for other bedroom.

So happy with this purchase. Bought a king size for a queen mattress as I like to be able to tuck in well, and I hate not having enough on the sides to do this. Well worth the few extra dollars, highly recommend if you want extra enough to properly tuck it under when you make the bed. Very soft material, love the colour we chose (lighter beige), no scratching of your skin, or pilling after several months of use. Washes well. May buy a few more for other beds we have.UPDATE: shrunk BIG TIME when put in drier, like I’m talking many inches, and no longer tucks in near as well, really disappointing:(
