I really liked this yoga mat. My hands and feet are so dry and slick though.. I was sliding all over the place. I had to return because it just wasn't grippy enough. Other than that it was a really nice mat. Comfortable, thick, great size.

Purchased this for Wife to perform her Yoga and Pilates exercises.She loves the thick mat, feel good to touch material. Water proof make it easy to clean. With the Alignment imprinted lines marking help her perform and stretching correctly. This Mat has the thickness and offer comfortable cushioning while exercising. Happy with my purchase

The padding and thickness to the mat is very nice however, the durability of the mat is to be determined. After just one week of use I noticed the pattern starting to fade as well as small knicks across the the whole mat. Cleaning process is a little more tedious than advertised as well because whatever cloth you’re using will obviously get stuck to the mat as you’re dragging across. Overall: it’s okay for that price

大きくて使いやすく、印があるので自分のスタンスの目安がつけやすいです。膝立や四つ這いのポーズもマットに厚みがあり痛くないです。ただ、付属のケースは出し入れしにくいです。私の場合はケースは元々あくまで付属品で期待していなかったので評価対象外として星満点にしました。

かれこれ３か月ほど、ヨメが毎日使っていますが、まったく品質に問題なし。色はエメラルドグリーンで汚れたら黒ずんだりするのかと思いましたがそうでもなく、表面には少し模様がついており、ポジションを作るのに目安になり便利です。◆なぜヨメが使っているのか私はチョコザップに通っていましたが、マシンが壊れてたり人が並んでいることが多いです。たいていマットエリアはすいているのですが、カッコイイポーズができるように練習するため買ってみました。しかし、月会費を払えば瘦せるかもという私の甘さを正すかのようにある日帰ったら、ヨメがマットを使い始めたではありませんか。そのうち仕事が忙しくチョコザップにもいけない日々が続き、帰宅し、休もうとすると、それ見たことかと、ヨメは激しく運動を開始。私はもう寝たいのに、、、。ならば「マッサージでもしようか？」と甘く誘ってみました。ヨメ「...大丈夫。痛くない。（怒）」私「あ、、そう。（'・ω・`）」今夜も独りで寝るようです。
筋膜ローラー用に購入
以前使っていたのは筋膜ローラで劣化が激しく、こちらを購入しました。寝る前に使用してますが、手をついた後が白くなりましたすでにローラーによる傷も1箇所あります厚さはちょうどいいとおもいますヨガをされる方には滑りにくいのが良いのかもしれませんが、ローラーを使う私としては、少し使いづらいかなと思いました幅が広い点はとても良かったです
