I ordered this product to test my cortisol levels. The test arrived quickly, the instructions were clear and had no issue with sending the test back to the lab. However, I mailed the test over two weeks ago, a little less than a week ago USPS marked the package as delivered. My Verisana page where I registered my test still shows the test has not been received. I’m starting to get worried I may never get results and probably got scammed.

I like this test kit for the detailed yet easy to follow instructions which matched exactly what I was looking for — straightforward and uncomplicated kit with seamless sample collection. I’ve sent in my samples now and I’m looking forward to the arrival of the results

Purchased the kit and it arrived 8/24, and I sent it back 8/26. It's now 9/4 and the sample still says it hasn't arrived. Customer service has not been helpful yet.The testing itself was very easy and the instructions were well written, but I am very concerned I paid almost $200 to not have my sample analyzed.EDIT: after seeing my review, a customer service agent reached out and we spoke at length about the process and feedback at every step of receiving results. I am changing from 2 to 4 stars based on this experience, and since I did finally receive results that my doctor and I are using to explore my hormone profile in depth.
