I walk two miles a day and that was enough to lose 25 pounds. I weighed 155 pounds and now in September 2024 I weigh 130 pounds but I saw the results. After a month of taking the product since October 2023 I am at 130 pounds. In three months I managed to lose 25 pounds. I drink 2 liters of water a day. I try to eat healthy most of the time and now I only sometimes stay hard for up to a month without taking a single capsule. I take a capsule when necessary, when the food is very greasy. The best thing of all is that there is no rebound, you do not gain back the weight you had before but you have to have a good habit to eat only what is necessary, nothing. What I learned is that food does not have to be excessive. It was very easy with this product, it doesn't taste like anything, I take it in the middle of the main meal of the day and 40 minutes later it makes you go to the bathroom, I recommend it 100% because it is a product that tells the truth and you see results, I am happy to have discovered it. I buy it to have it when I think that the food I am eating needs a little help so that the fat or what I don't need from that food doesn't stay in my body. Dont work I use it the same day it came and didn't not lost not even 1 pound I walk every day for 45 minutes back and forth I am going to keep using it 2 more weeks if no result will not buy again but if at least I get to loose 1 or 2 pounds I will change my rating and will buy again

First, I feel so excite because I am waiting for this result for a long time. I have tried so many ways and so many supplements to loss weight but I was so disspointed. I've tried keto, low fat diet, fasting but nothing changed or changed a little bit even some of them gave me a stomach pain or headache. But this one is amazing. I knew this product when I met my friend and she told me about that. She also tried this Zolotus Fat Burner and was suprised with the result. I looked at her body and notices her change as well. That's why I decided to try this product. I also did some reseachs about it which contain 12 ingredients, 100% Natural with high petency( almost x3 comparing to other brands that I tried before. So I decided to buy it. After first week, I just ate a little while taking the supplement. The thing make me so surprised was I didnt feel tired for a long day. The first week I felt a boost of energy and started working out, a little. Everything was great. By week 2, that's when all the stomach problems began. Everything I ate would just run through me. I lived on the toilet for hours. At first I wasn't 100% sure it was the pills, so I started the process of elimination. After about two weeks my stomach was back to normal, I stopped taking the pills. However, I did lose 10lbs without working out. I wouldn't recommend the pills, soloy because of how my stomach felt, it was a burning and stabbing pain. I'd say take at your own risk. Well you lose weight? Yes, but with a cost.P.s I am a real person and not paid advertisement, obviously 🙄.

Hey so I bought this a while ago to test it out cause someone recommended it to me. Came in a firmly secured package, so leak or broken seal. First time I open the bottle it had that pungent capsule bottle smell, (im not a fan of it but it is a pill/capsule so I wasnt too biased on it). The smell on 1-10 would be like a 4 or 5. First time I took a pill it was a bit weird to swallow compared to other capsules that ive taken but it honestly got easier over time.In terms of effectiveness? I've been intermittent fasting on a 16 to 8 bias, a minimum of 1.5 litres of water per day, 2 meals a day while working out 3 to 4 times a week. In the first week I saw some small changes within in my body around my lower back area. After 3 weeks I saw more definition in my arms, legs and back. After finishing the bottle, there was even more noticeable changes. I even felt lighter and more focused as well. I would recommend to others.
