I think I'm halfway through my supply and I'm going to re-order here soon. I messed up when I first got it and didn't read the instructions (that's on me). That first two or three days with a full scoop let me tell you though, it was a Monday and I don't think I've ever been so productive. I also got a headache by the afternoon so I decided I should read the label again and right there it says to start with a half a scoop. I did and over a week worked up to a full scoop.I ended up finding that about 3/4 of a scoop seems to work best for me. For one at that level the powder fully dissolves in my coffee (8oz). That ends up either being my one and only cup for the day or maybe I'll get a half a cup right after if I didn't get a lot of sleep. But I think that's my biggest take away. I don't have to drink as much coffee to get through the day. I add it to my first cup and it gets me through but I don't get that highly caffeinated feeling.I'm not sure how to put it but it does seem to improve my concentration/ focus, just feel like I'm a little better than normal. Kicked up a notch so to speak. Years ago when I first heard about MCT I tried it and didn't notice the same effects and never really looked at it again, this is certainly more than just MCT.Now that I figured out where my scoop level is at I'm going to make this part of my morning routine. Oh and the taste is good but even better with a splash of almond milk.

I received the Keto Gummies today and took my first dose. I actually completed an ab workout on my lunch break. This is so out of character for me. The energy boostis AMAZING!!!!! Definitely will order again.

two chews before a workout seem to boost my performance. seem to improve my endurance and performance. ordering this regularly. plus they are not coated in sugar so the carbs dont raise blood sugar.. I have noted i can do 3.7miles on the cardio in 30" with these and 3,0 miles without.

Texture:If I would have rated the gummies the first time it would have been 5 stars. However, this time the gummies were really hard. Definitely, makes me second guess ordering again.

The media could not be loaded. Do not buy this product! I received the gummy’s this morning and they were stale. I took a few out and they were as hard as a rock. Unfortunately I can’t return this items even though they are unusable. In the picture you can actually see a tooth mark on one of the Gummies. If you get some that aren’t stale, great, but don’t take the chance like I did. There is no expiration date so there is no telling how old this product is.

I've used MCT oils before, usually in a liquid creamer or oil form, but never an MCT Oil Powder, so I was interested in giving this a shot.I usually find the flavor to be lacking in MCT oil products, but this was really good as a coffee creamer! For the record, I bought the Vanilla flavor.Now, this creamer is intended to keep things keto, which can be great for staying healthy and managing your weight. However, while this creamer is packed with good stuff, the best part - in my opinion - is the inclusion of L-Theanine. L-Theanine is an amino acid commonly found in tea leaves, and it helps provide a relaxed mental state (so it's why you feel so chill after having a nice cup of tea). I often need my morning caffeine boost and black tea isn't my usual morning go-to, so being able to have a nice cup of coffee - and keeping the alertness it provides while also being a relaxed and staving off the possible side-effects of jitters and irritability, is fantastic.So far, I definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a good tasting creamer without any sugar or junk in it, that'll promote being aware, alert, and relaxed.

First, let me just say right off the bat that I was not paid or reimbursed in any way for my honest review of this product. I know that there are a lot of unbelievable reviews on Bolo due to graft and corruption, but I can say that I saw a good deal on this product, so I bought it and decided to try it. On to the review.The nutritional profile of this product is excellent, that's a strong good point (and what lead me to buy it). I brewed a fresh cup of coffee and blended one scoop in a cup. For the most part, it blended completely, but I was vigorously blending as I was pouring the coffee in the cup. When it had settled, I was left with a few pieces of unblended residue, like a skim at the surface of my cup, which I just whisked away. Although it has a strong vanilla aroma in the can, there is little vanilla taste in the cup. There is strong taste of artificial sweetener. The coffee did not taste creamy, it had a gritty mouth feel, to the point that I choked at the end of the cup. When I was finished, the bottom of the cup was filled with grit. Although As I said nutritionally this product is super, it really could use some improvement in the taste department. I will be returning.

I’ve been Keto for 2.5 years now & MCT powder in my coffee is a staple for me.I used to use a brand that came in bulk & was a great deal, but I realized they used corn. Even though it was technically matching the macros to Keto, I gave it up & it helped my weight loss.I wasn’t sure where to find another cost effective MCT powder I liked, so I did a lot of reading reviews & research on Bolo.I LOVE the flavor of this!! It’s a great price. Added bonus, it had mushrooms in it which is something I was trying to add to my diet. Also it has cocoa which I love!It also has Ashwaghanda! I add a small crack of pepper to my blender when I use this, because it helps the Ashwaghanda work.Very happy I found such a great product at a great price! I want to see if they have other flavors, because a plain or vanilla option would be nice. Maybe even a salted caramel?
