I use to get home and my feet would be so soar I had to be soaking them every night. These soles make it feel as if I’m walking on clouds. Easy to adjust to fit your shoe size by just cutting to size

I am an overweight woman with flat feet and fibromyalgia. I work as a substitute teacher and am on my feet all day. I haven't found any shoes that won't hurt my feet by the end of the day. I decided to try these insoles with my favorite sneakers...and it worked! My feet did not hurt at the end of the day. The only thing I would recommend is that you wear socks. If you are like me and tend to wear your shoes barefoot, the plastic arch support can be a bit irritating.

Good inserts overall. With heavy use they dont last as long as I'd like but definitely helped with my foot pain and provide decent support for my high arches.

these are really great. Normally wearing new insoles can be uncomfortable at first because you have to break them in, but I walked several miles with these my first day and had no issue at all. I came home and bought them for my best friend immediately and she loves them too.
