I have it stuck in a window for added security and also that that it is handy in case I need to defend myself and my family. Everyone needs a good baseball bat in their home for emergency defense!!! Safer than a firearm in 90% of situations and your kids can’t shoot themselves with it!

This is nice enough for the front door. I never really like to answer the door without something to grab. I have used this on baseballs so I can’t comment on that. I also haven’t used it on invading viking hordes but it does have a nice feel on the grip and pretty black matte coat. Aluminum is always a bit heavier that I expect but even my middle aged lady arms could swing this a while without getting tired too fast.
