When you open them you can smell the freshness. They add beautiful color and flavor to any dish! I was buying these at a local big box but they stopped selling one of them. The only thing I don't like about Litehouse herbs is that they are a little pricey. I think the quality is good and the selection is pretty good they just cost a little more than they should. The glass jar is great but the seal is sometimes hard to open as it breaks off mid peel. You should try these herbs they will make a difference in your cooking!

Freeze dried foods retain most of their taste and healthy nutrients. This is sooo apparent with herbs. Lite House is my choice because I can taste the difference when I use them vs just dried herbs. Will reorder. I especially like the premixes for specific recipes using herbs. The guacamole mix is delicious. Mix and allow it to sit and develope all those tasty flavors! YUM!

I love Lite House herbs and ordered this specific six-pack because it had herbs I would use. However, the six pack was somewhat random herbs and not the ones listed in the description. For the cost, I was disappointed. Two of the herbs that were included were some I would never use.

I only gave this 4 stars because I found them at a local supermarket for 4.99, so half the price of Bolo at the time of this writing. Flavor-wise, these are fantastic to cook with and I love them.
