This is a handy, lightweight Plastic cart. The components are well made. It assembles very quickly. IN THE EVENT, it looks "lopsided" after assembly; a few taps with the enclosed mallet straighten things out.If you treat the cart well, it will serve you well.I think they could have shown "REAL" pictures, showing the assembly. There are YouTube videos showing the assembly.

Like others have mentioned it is a great cart but very tight fit when assembling. The key is to use a spray on dry lubricant to the tubes before assembling. Goes together much easier.We use it as a dog food service cart.

Update: they worked with me to resolve the issue promptly.Do not buy, legs are cheap aluminum and when you use the included mallet they mushroom and can’t be assembled. I’ve assembled the same carts of a different brand and had no such issues. Reached out to customer support and I’ll update if they have a solution. Not prime so no returns.

I just assembled this cart and it is everything they say it is. What makes this unit exceptionally sturdy are the aluminum stanchions. They described the trays as a high density plastic; I am guessing the material is polypropylene so it will definitely endure the test of time. The unit is shipped with a rubber mallet head and a detached wood handle. (Note: The mallet head will fly off the handle at times; it's no big deal just be sure you're in an area where it won't damage anything like a window or lamp. My only criticism (and it's a minor one) is that it is a bear to assemble because the plastic male posts that receive the aluminum stanchions are--well, let's just say that they're a bit more than a tight fit. The aluminum stanchions will even cut into the plastic they're that tight. Forget trying to assemble on anything remotely shock absorbent like a rug. I assembled the unit on the concrete floor in my garage and that did the trick. It still requires some forceful wallops with the mallet but once together this unit is definitely not going anywhere. The wheels are large and heavy-duty; two have breaking devices to place on the front of the cart. Just a few gentle taps with the mallet on the wheels themselves is all that's needed to push them down into position. Same with the handles, simply strike the tops gently with the mallet and the fit is quite tight and secure. Aside from the bit of brute force required to assemble this unit (which, by the way makes the final product extra sturdy), I can say without reservation that I'm highly satisfied.
